Terms and Conditions of the Online Store

Effective as of 1 May 2026

These terms and conditions of the online store apply to orders placed in the Carino Nutrition Oy online store, unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation. By placing an
order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Scope of application

These terms and conditions apply to orders for products placed in the Seller’s online store, unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation. The online store is intended for
consumer customers unless otherwise stated.

3. Products and product information

The online store sells food supplements for dogs and related product bundles. The Seller aims to present product images, descriptions, ingredients, instructions for use and other
information as accurately and up to date as possible. However, the Seller is not responsible if the product colours or appearance are not displayed entirely accurately on the customer’s device. The customer is responsible for reviewing the product information before placing an order
and for ensuring that the product is suitable for its intended use.

4. Prices

Product prices are stated in euros in the online store. Prices include the applicable value added tax unless otherwise stated. The Seller reserves the right to change prices and delivery charges. The price applicable to the order is the price stated in the online store at the time the order is placed.

5. Delivery charges

Delivery charges are added at checkout based on the delivery methods available at the time and the delivery address. Delivery charges are shown to the customer before the final approval of the order.
Any campaigns, discounted delivery charges or free delivery are determined in accordance with the terms stated in the online store at the time of ordering.

6. Ordering and formation of the contract

The order is placed by adding products to the shopping cart, proceeding to checkout, filling in the requested information, selecting the delivery and payment method, and accepting
these terms and conditions before submitting the order.
A sales contract is formed when the customer has successfully completed the payment and the Seller has sent the customer an order confirmation by email.
The customer is responsible for providing correct and up-to date contact and delivery information when placing the order.

7. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods available in the online store. Order processing begins once the payment has been successfully received. The Seller reserves the right not to accept an order, for example in the event of an obvious
pricing error, a technical error, an availability issue or suspected misuse. In such a case, the payment will be refunded to the customer without delay.

8. Order confirmation

An order confirmation is automatically sent to the customer by email once the payment has been accepted. As the products may not be accompanied by a separate packing slip, the customer should retain the order confirmation for possible future need.

9. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the delivery areas specified in the online store using the delivery methods available for selection by the customer at checkout. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. The Seller aims to process orders as quickly as possible, but is not liable for delays caused by reasons beyond the Seller’s control, such as the carrier, authorities, force majeure or similar circumstances. If delivery is prevented or significantly delayed, the Seller will inform the customer without
undue delay.

10. Availability

If an ordered product is out of stock or cannot be delivered, the Seller will contact the customer as soon as possible. In such cases, the customer may be offered an alternative
product, a later delivery date or a refund for the undelivered product.

11. Consumer’s right of withdrawal

Consumer customers have the right under Finnish consumer protection legislation to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days of receiving the product, unless
otherwise required by law. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to a sealed product which cannot be
returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal or packaging has been opened. If the customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the Seller within 14 days of receiving the product in an unambiguous manner, either by email to info@carino-nutrition.fi or by using the cancellation form available on the Seller’s website. Exercising the right of withdrawal requires that the product remains unopened for health protection and hygiene reasons. The customer must contact customer service before returning the product on the basis of the right of withdrawal in order to receive more detailed return instructions. The customer is responsible for the return costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

12. Returns

The return of an unopened product without a product defect is treated as exercising the right of withdrawal referred to in section 11. Opened, sealed products cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons.A shipment that is not collected and is returned to the Seller is not the same as returning a product. Failure to collect a shipment does not entitle the customer to cancel the purchase or receive a refund, and the order remains binding.

13. Complaints and defective products

The customer has the right to make a complaint if a product is defective, faulty or does not correspond to the order. The customer must notify the Seller of the defect within a
reasonable time after discovering it. In connection with a complaint, the customer must present a receipt or other proof of purchase if requested by the Seller. Any complaints concerning a product must be made in writing. A free-form complaint may be submitted by email to info@carino-nutrition.fi. The Seller will primarily compensate for defective products by delivering a non-defective replacement product.

14. Limitation of liability

The Seller is liable for product defects in accordance with mandatory consumer protection legislation. The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation. The Seller is also not liable for delays or damages caused by force majeure, orders by authorities, disruptions in transport services, interruptions in telecommunications or other reasons beyond the Seller’s control. The products do not replace veterinary treatment, diagnosis or an individual veterinary assessment. If the pet has an underlying illness, medication or allergies, it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure the suitability of the product with a veterinarian or nutrition therapist before use.

15. Ownership of online store content and intellectual property rights

All content in the online store, such as texts, images, product descriptions, logos, trademarks and other material, belongs to the Seller or its partners. The content may not be copied, used or distributed without prior written permission.

16. Processing of personal data

The customer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Seller’s privacy policy. Personal data is used, among other things, for processing and delivering orders, customer service, and fulfilling legal obligations.

17. Amendments to the terms

The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The terms in force at the time the order is placed shall apply to the order.

18. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by Finnish law.
A consumer customer may refer a dispute concerning the contract to the Consumer Disputes Board. Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the customer
must contact consumer advisory services. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiations between the customer and the Seller.
