We process orders as quickly as possible after payment has been accepted. An order confirmation is automatically sent to the customer by email once the order has been received and the payment has been accepted.

The delivery methods available at any given time are shown at checkout. Delivery methods may vary depending on the delivery address, the contents of the order and the transport partner.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are determined based on the contents of the order and the selected delivery method, and they are shown to the customer at checkout before the final approval
of the order. Any campaigns, discounted delivery charges or free delivery are determined in accordance with the terms stated in the online store at the time of ordering.

Delivery time

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We aim to process orders without undue delay.

Transfer of risk
