Return Policy

We want your shopping experience in our online store to be clear and smooth. Below you will find our
policies regarding returns, the right of withdrawal and complaints.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumer customers have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to withdraw from a
distance sales contract within 14 days of receiving the product, unless otherwise provided by law.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to a sealed product that cannot be returned for health
or hygiene reasons once the seal or packaging has been opened. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the product,
either by email at info@carino-nutrition.fi or by using the withdrawal form available on our website. Exercising the right of withdrawal requires that the product remains unopened for health and hygiene reasons. Before returning a product on the basis of the right of withdrawal, please contact our customer service to receive detailed return instructions. The customer is responsible for the return costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Returns
Returning an unopened product without a product defect is treated as an exercise of the right of withdrawal. Opened, sealed products cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons. A shipment that is not collected and is returned to us is not the same as returning a product. Failure to collect a shipment does not entitle the customer to cancel the purchase or receive a refund; the order remains binding.
Complaints and Defective Products
If a product is defective, faulty or does not correspond to your order, you have the right to make a complaint. We ask that you contact our customer service within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. When making a complaint, we ask that you describe the defect as accurately as possible. If necessary, we may also ask for photos of the product as well as a receipt or other proof of purchase in order to process the matter. A free-form complaint can be submitted by email to info@carino-nutrition.fi. For defective products, our primary solution is to provide a replacement product.
